We’re excited to share an important evolution of our Life Navigation work at Renaissance West Community Initiative.
Over the past year, we’ve taken a close look at how we support residents and where added structure, accountability, and long-term planning could deepen impact. As a result, we have redesigned our model into F.U.T.U.R.E Forward — Families United Through Upward Mobility, Resilience, and Empowerment.
F.U.T.U.R.E Forward is a structured two-year journey that combines dedicated one-on-one Life Navigation, hands-on workshops, financial capability building, career preparation, and measurable participation benchmarks. This enhanced framework strengthens goal setting, consistency, and long-term economic mobility outcomes for the families we serve.
We are already well underway in Year One, Quarter One, which focuses on deep self-discovery. Early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are encouraged by the strong engagement we’re seeing in this pilot phase.
