If you’ve driven by the old Boulevard Homes site on West Blvd. you may have noticed a change in the landscape- construction is rolling along and we can’t wait to see the finished product.
Phase 1 – Retreat at Renaissance
The Retreat at Renaissance, which provides 110 units for fixed-income seniors and the disabled is nearly complete with construction wrapping up in September. This facility is no ordinary senior living facility, residents of Retreat will enjoy amenities like a community lounge, community garden and fitness center. Phase II – Residences at Renaissance
We started construction on Phase 2 in March and are moving along right on time. The Residents will include 74 mixed-income family units and should be ready to pre-lease by the end of the year.
